On-Site Key Fob Programming for Every Make and Model
Key fob programming is not a one-size-fits-all process. A rolling-code remote for a mid-2000s Honda follows a completely different protocol than the proximity fob on a current-generation BMW or the push-to-start system on a Ram 1500. Our technicians use dealership-grade diagnostic tools that communicate directly with your vehicle's Body Control Module or Powertrain Control Module — whichever governs your particular car's immobilizer system — to write a new fob identity or re-sync an existing one without erasing other keys already paired to the vehicle. This matters enormously when you still have a working key and simply need to add or replace a second fob. We work with domestic brands, Japanese and Korean imports, European vehicles, and a growing roster of electric vehicles increasingly common throughout the San Fernando Valley.
We handle the full scope of fob services in a single roadside visit: cutting a new blade if your fob uses a physical emergency key, programming the new remote to your car's receiver, testing every button function (lock, unlock, panic, trunk, remote start if equipped), and confirming the push-to-start or proximity detection range is operating correctly before we pack up. No second trip, no tow, no dealer markup.
